Ingredients
- 1 Package Sticky Fingers Blueberry Cinnamon Mix
- 1 Stick of Butter, Room Temperature
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Prepare baking sheets with either silicone baking mats or parchment paper
- Cream the butter with either an electric stand mixer or a hand mixer
- Add the egg, and mix until well combined
- Add the vanilla, and mix until well combined
- Add the muffin mix, and mix until no dry mix is visible.
- In a bowl combine the white sugar and cinnamon, to make a cinnamon sugar mixture
- Form cookie dough into balls, and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture
- Place cookie dough on prepared cookie sheet, make sure to give cookies enough room to spread.
- Bake for 12-15 Minutes
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes on cookie sheet before transferring to a cookie rack.
