Gluten Free Dessert Pancakes

  • 1 Cup Sticky Fingers Gluten Free Pancake Mix 
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter 
  • 2 Bananas, sliced 
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla 


  1. Preheat griddle 
  2. While griddle is heating, mix together the pancake mix and water 
  3. Cook 1/4 Cup of mix, in a pre-greased griddle 
  4. Once you have made all the pancakes you can move onto the banana topping 
  5. Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter in the heated pan. 
  6. Add the sliced banana and allow to cook for about 2 minutes 
  7. Add the brown sugar and vanilla 
  8. Reduce the heat and allow to cook for a few minutes 
  9. Serve the warm bananas over the pancakes 
  10. Optionally top with the ice cream.
