Ingredients:
- 1 Package Sticky Fingers Gluten Free Original Scone
- 1/2 Cup Pure Pumpkin Puree
- 3/4 Cup Cold Water
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar (Light or Dark)
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Prepare your baking sheet by either lining the baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly greasing the baking sheet
- In a bowl combine; pumpkin, water, brown sugar, and spices.
- Using a fork, fold in the scone mix
- Take a few tablespoons in your hand, to form into a triangle
- Place formed scones onto prepared baking sheet, placing them a few inches apart
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until lightly golden
