We are always on the hunt for fun ways to dress up our scones! Summer feels like the perfect time to make something tropical. Our friends over at Mostly Minis Bakeshop came up with the perfect recipe for some Pineapple Jam.
You will need:
- 2.5- 3 cups of pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup of sugar
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse a few times to combine.
- Move mixture to a medium sauce pan and simmer until it reaches 220F.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- ENJOY!
