







Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
What better to top off a good meal, pack some extra love into a lunchbox, or serve on a platter at snack time than oven-fresh chocolate chip cookies? Only this: An ultra-convenient, thoughtfully crafted premium option, cleanly made with stone-ground whole wheat flour, plus three grams of plant-based protein for a nutritional kick. 1 package Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

8 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter, room temperature

1 egg

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, if desired. No need to grease pan.

Step 2:
In bowl of electric mixer on low speed, cream butter for 1 minute. Add egg and cookie mix; blend on low until a soft dough forms. (You can also do this by hand in a large bowl with a sturdy spoon.)

Step 3:
Form dough into 21 even balls. Place 2" apart on sheet pan.

Step 4:
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Step 5:
Cool cookies on pan 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely.
Makes 21 cookies.
