Blueberry Muffin Mix
Take this classic breakfast food up a notch with our premium blueberry muffin recipe. These easy-to-prep muffins have all the delicious satisfaction of made-from-scratch baked goods, but with "Just Add Water" convenience.
What You'll Need
1 Pkg. Blueberry Muffin Mix
1 cup cold water
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners, or coat with non-stick spray.
In bowl, add water to mix and stir gently until water is absorbed and there are no traces of dry mix.
Scoop batter evenly into muffin cups.
Bake 14-16 minutes, or until a muffin springs back when lightly touched or a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let muffins cool 2 minutes, then remove to cooling rack.
Do not eat raw batter.
Makes 12 muffins.
