Ingredients

NON GMO DEGERMED YELLOW CORN MEAL, CANE SUGAR, SORGHUM FLOUR, POTATO STARCH, NON GMO YELLOW CORN FLOUR, TAPIOCA STARCH, LEAVENING (SODIUM ACID PYROPHOSPHATE, BAKING SODA, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), EXPELLER PRESSED CANOLA OIL, SEA SALT, NON GMO XANTHAN GUM.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray 8-inch-square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and oil. Add 1 pouch of dry mix. Whisk together until smooth.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for 3-5 minutes.
